Cancellation Policy

  1. Cancellation Periods:

    • Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled check-in time are eligible for a full refund or can be rescheduled without any penalty.
    • Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled check-in time will incur a charge equivalent to one night’s stay.
    • No-shows without any prior notification will be charged the full amount for the entire booking duration.

  2. Cancellation Procedure:

    • To cancel your reservation, kindly contact us via phone at +91 80199 92023 or email us at sales.hitech@mondayhotels.com.
    • Please provide your booking details, including the reservation number and the guest’s name, for prompt assistance with the cancellation.

  3. Refunds:

    • Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 7-10 business days from the cancellation date.
    • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the booking process.

  4. Modification Policy:

    • Guests are allowed to modify their reservation dates or room preferences, subject to availability and with no additional charge if the request is made more than 72 hours before the scheduled check-in time.

  5. Group Bookings:

    • For group bookings (more than 5 rooms), please refer to the specific cancellation policy provided during the reservation process or contact our sales team directly.

  6. Exceptions:

    • In case of force majeure events or circumstances beyond control (e.g., natural disasters, government regulations), Destino Hotels reserves the right to modify or waive the cancellation policy.

  7. No Payment Gateway in Use:

    • As our website does not involve any payment gateway, payments are typically settled upon check-in or as per the terms specified during the booking process. Charges for cancellations will be handled accordingly.
